CAMP POLICIES
PAYMENTS:
REGISTRATION CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
A $20 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due for each session of the day campslisted at the time of registration.
Balances are due seven days prior to the start for each week of camp your child attends. Payment plans and scholarship
are not available when registering byinternet. Feesmay also be paid in full at the time of registration.All changesto your
registration including cancellations,withdrawals and changing sessions/programsmust bemade in writing and received in
theMSCR administrative office at least one week prior to the start of the session.All registration changes or withdrawals
incur a $20 fee.No refunds will be given for cancellations/changesmade lessthan one week prior to the start of the
session.Deposits cannot be transferred fromone session/programto another.

FEE WAIVERS:
Fee waivers are limited to two persession (i.e. 2 weeks ofsummer camp) and are available onlytoMMSD residents.
Fee waiver requestsmust be received by May 20 to be considered.Day camp fee waiver request form (page 50)must
accompanyregistration form; fee waivers are not granted after registration is processed.To reserve your child’sspace a
$20 partial payment is due for each week of camp at the time of registration.

Madison School & Community Recreation (MSCR) is the public recreation provider for the residents of Madison (within the boundaries of the Madison Metropolitan School District).

MSCR is a department of the Madison Metropolitan School District and has been providing recreation services since 1926!

We have a wide range of recreation programs and services for all ages that are offered year-round.
