WHAT IS FRIENDS OF MSCR?

Friends of MSCR is a non-profit organization, providing financial support to Madison School & Community Recreation (MSCR) programs and services. MSCR's proud history of service began in 1926, and Friends of MSCR is committed to ensuring that MSCR public recreation programs remain accessible and affordable. Your donation is greatly appreciated, and is tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.

What will my contribution support?

Every gift, large or small, will help Friends of MSCR provide the ongoing support for public recreation programs in Madison, making a difference to many people in the community! Proceeds from the annual golf outing, raffle and contributions to Friends of MSCR have been granted to MSCR for:

Friends funded supplies and new benches for the garden at Glendale Elementary School

Purchase of new pontoon boat
A storage shed for MSCR canoe program equipment built by high school students
Cooking clubs during MSCR after school programs at middle schools
A supply storage cart for MSCR Safe Haven after school childcare program at Falk Elem.
Family Fitness Nights
A book cart and books for MSCR's After School Academic and Enrichment program at Leopold Elem.
Installation of a used scoreboard in the Whitehorse Middle School gym
