New Registration System!
MSCR is excited to announce a new, improved registration system. We have moved to Active Network, a web-based software program that provides customers the following benefits:
• New easier account creation process
• Easier log-in using your email address and password that you select
• More efficient search and registration for courses

HOW TO GET STARTED:

All (new and returning) customers need to create a new account to register online for MSCR Programs.

Please create an account now to avoid delays in the registration process.
1. Go to www.mscr.org/registration/register-online.
2. Click CREATE AN ACCOUNT located under the Sign In button.
3. Follow the step-by-step instructions to create a new account.
4. Set up - Add the primary or head of household account first, and then add family members if applicable.
5. When finished click CREATE ACCOUNT.

Your request is sent to MSCR staff for approval. Activations are processed Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:45 pm Due to the large number of requests for new accounts, your patience is appreciated.

The Winter 2018 Program Guide begins distribution on November 19. The new guide will be viewable online in both English and Spanish. Registration begins November 27 for residents and December 11 for non-residents. Fall Registration is ongoing. For more information, call 204-3000.

 

Camp Registration Policies - Please Read       Please note: No programs on July 4. Some do not meet on July 3 as well.

Payments: REGISTRATION CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: A $20 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due for each session of the day camps at the time of registration. Balances are due seven days prior to the start for each week of camp your child attends. All online registrations require payment in full at the time of registration. Payment plans and scholarship are not available when registering online. All changes to your registration including cancellations, withdrawals and changing sessions/programs must be made in writing and received in the MSCR administrative office at least one week prior to the start of the session. All registration changes or withdrawals incur a $20 fee per session. No refunds will be given for cancellations/changes made less than one week prior to the start of the session. Deposits cannot be transferred from one session/program to another.

Fee Waivers: Fee waivers are limited to two per session (i.e. 2 weeks of summer camp) and are available only to MMSD residents. Day camp fee waiver request form (page 50) must accompany registration form; fee waivers are not granted after registration is processed.

If requesting a fee waiver for Super Center Arts Camp, Warner Park Kids Kamp & Safe Haven Summer Camp programs, parents must apply for Dane County childcare assistance by calling the connection line at 242-7441 and then provide written documentation of the County’s decision before MSCR will approve a fee waiver and register your child. A $20 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due for each session of the day camps listed at the time of registration.
