Madison School & Community Recreation (MSCR) is a department of the Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) and is the public recreation provider for all MMSD residents.
Program Guides
The Winter & Spring Program Guide will be in the Sunday, Wisconsin State Journal and will be mailed to all residents who are not Sunday subscribers November 17. Registration begins on Monday, December 1 at 12pm for residents.

Yesterday was one for the books! 🌟 We celebrated our Black History Month Showcase at Lindbergh Elementary and the energy was unmatched.
From a legendary MJ tribute to the incredible moves of the MSCR Lindbergh Dancing Dolls, our students truly shined. We explored history through our Icons & Inventors presentation, shared stories during our book reading, and ended the night with everyone on their feet! 💃🕺
A massive shoutout to our talented students, our dedicated staff, and every volunteer who worked behind the scenes to make this magic happen. Together, we honor the past and inspire the future. 🖤❤️💚
