Madison School & Community Recreation
Madison School & Community Recreation (MSCR) is a department of the Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) and is the public recreation provider for all MMSD residents.
Program Guides
The Winter & Spring Program Guide will be in the Sunday, Wisconsin State Journal and will be mailed to all residents who are not Sunday subscribers November 17. Registration begins on Monday, December 1 at 12pm for residents.

Cooking up culture! 🥢✨
The United Asian Club at East High School just turned up the heat for their 2nd Annual Afterschool Cooking Competition! We saw teams battle it out to create some absolute masterpieces:
🍣 Sushi,🍜 Ramen,🥘 Tinola,🌶️ Larp,🍛 Beef Stir-fry,🥢 Pad Thai
Beyond the competition, it was so inspiring to hear the students share the personal and cultural stories behind their dishes. It was a day full of flavor, heart, and community.
Huge shoutout to our judges for the support and to every student who poured their heart into their cooking!
