From Yoga to Strength Training, to Cardio Dance, you’re in good company with group fitness at MSCR. You’ll never use boredom as an excuse again with the sheer number of options you have to experience the power of group energy every day of the week. We have virtual, indoor and outdoor options for all fitness levels.

From the high-octane dance beats of WERQ to the strength-building power of Total Body Fitness, Mat Sculpt and Functional Fitness, there is a new adventure waiting for you every day.
Perfect! Every class is entirely open to beginners and accommodates all fitness levels. Grab a friend, try something new and let’s move together.
