MSCR Annual Pottery Sale Returns December 18-21 at MSCR West

Find Unique Holiday Gifts and Support Local Art Programs

Madison, WI – The Madison School & Community Recreation (MSCR) popular Annual Pottery Sale returns on December 18-21 at MSCR’s flagship program site – MSCR West, 7333 West Towne Way.  The sale offers a chance to shop over 1,000 unique ceramic pieces while directly supporting MSCR’s pottery programs. Shoppers can find mugs, dishes, vases and one-a-kind gifts crafted by MSCR instructors, pottery students and local ceramic artists.

“This year’s sale is a true celebration of community and craftsmanship, featuring everything from beautiful platters to unique sculptures,” said Andie Kobrick, MSCR Adult Arts Specialist. “The annual pottery sale is a fantastic community event that raises funds to support innovative pottery initiatives like Clay on the Move and the purchase of new studio equipment and supplies.”

Whether you’re looking for the perfect gift or something special for your home, there’s something for everyone at this festive event.  Mark your calendars and be part of this wonderful celebration of art and community!

 Pottery Sale Days & Hours:

  • Thursday & Friday, December 18 & 19, 8 am to 6 pm

  • Saturday, December 20, 10 am to 3 pm

  • Sunday, December 21, 10 am to 2 pm

MSCR is featuring participating artists all month on its social media accounts Facebook and  Instagram @mscrmadison accounts.

Featured artists are also donating items for a silent auction. Customers have a chance to bid throughout the sale to win their favorite piece of pottery. Winners will be announced on Saturday of the sale.
