Afterschool and Summer Elementary Program Leader – Meadowood
- Locations MSCR Meadowood Neighborhood Center
- Hours a Week:
Up to 18.5 hours/week
- Work Hours:
Monday: 1:30 pm – 7:00 pm, Tuesday – Friday: 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm
- Pay Rate:
$16.00 – $17.75 /hour
- Minimum Qualifications:
• Demonstrates commitment to community impact and serving as a positive role model for youth.
• Punctual and reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts.
• Consistent participation in required staff training, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
• Reliable and responsive communication via email.
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills in support of MSCR’s mission. - Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience planning and leading activities for elementary-aged children.
• Experience in behavior management and classroom support.
• Demonstrated ability to create and foster an inclusive environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Hmong.
• Current CPR certification
