- Mondays, 6-8pm at West High School, 30 Ash St
- Thursdays, 6-8pm at La Follette High School, 702 Pflaum Rd
Lap Swim Rules
*Swimmers must be age 13 and and be able to swim laps continuously as part of a fitness regimen.
Open Swim
Pool entrance is on Mifflin St near Ingersoll St. Lapham is a small, warm water, shallow pool (3ft – 5th deep). Capacity of 40 swimmers during open swim.
No open swim at Lapham in the Summer 2025.
Free Adapted Swim at Goodman Pool 2025

August 16, 10-11:30am
Open to all individuals with disabilities and their caregivers and families.
Pre-registration is not required
Lap & Open Swim Fees
A pool pass is required for open and lap swim. Passes can be purchased from the lifeguard or at any MSCR location during business hours. A 14 punch card (1=youth, 2=adult) costs $25. Children under age 3 are free with an adult swimmer. Passes are good at all indoor pools, are transferable, and do not expire. Checks, credit cards or money orders accepted. No cash. Pool passes are non-refundable.
