From Yoga to Strength Training, to Cardio Dance, you’re in good company with group fitness at MSCR. You’ll never use boredom as an excuse again with the sheer number of options you have to experience the power of group energy every day of the week. We have virtual, indoor and outdoor options for all fitness levels.

In honor of National Fitness Day (May 3) we want to share the love of fitness with our current participants’ friends and family!
Indoor & Outdoor Adult (18+) Fitness Classes Only. Friends/family must sign the waiver form before participating at class. One friend per customer. 18+ only.
