Adapted Programs – City Club Site Director – Summer 2024
Program Description:
A social club for people with disabilities to enjoy arts & crafts, fitness activities, games, and field trips. Open to individuals with disabilities ages 13+ and their caregivers.
Job Description & Duties:
Devise a program for City Club activities serving adults with disabilities. This involves planning and leading social, recreational, fitness and outdoor pursuits for community members who have disabilities in an inclusive and supportive environment.

- End Date 08/14/2024
- Hours a Week:
2.5 hours per week.
- Work Hours:
Wednesdays, 3:15-5:45pm.
- Pay Rate:
$18 per hour.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Interest in working with people with disabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively, and exercise good judgment, courtesy, and tact when dealing with people with disabilities, including adults.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with the staff team.
- Self-directed and motivated to create and develop engaging plans.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience planning and leading a variety of recreation/enrichment activities.
Experience working with people with disabilities and with adults, is a plus. - Other Information:
